Pernod Ricard Awarded Across Three Categories at the Australian Drinks Awards

• Pernod Ricard Winemakers: Corporate Social Responsibility
• Absolut Botanik: RTD (White)
• Jacob’s Creek: Fan Favourite of the Year (White Wine)

More than 400 guests celebrated the achievements and innovations of the Australian drinks industry last night at the Ivy Ballroom in Sydney, with Pernod Ricard recognised across three categories.

Pernod Ricard Winemakers was recognised for our commitment to Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R), winning the Corporate Social Responsibility Award under the Commitment to Industry category; meanwhile in the Brand Awards category, Absolut Botanik was awarded best RTD (white), and Jacob’s Creek took home the Wine (White) Fan Favourite of the Year award.

First established in 2013, the Australian Drinks Awards recognise, encourage, promote and celebrate excellence in the Australian drinks industry and are hosted by The Drinks Association.

This year three new brand categories were created for the awards – Fan Favourite, Emerging Brand and Most Distinctive Brand - and expanded the supplier awards, plus added a Contribution to Industry category, to align with the industry’s focus on diversity, inclusion and social responsibility.

Amongst great competition, it’s an honour to be recognised across multiple categories at the Australian Drinks Awards. Congratulations to everyone involved.
